4. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
- Mohala Fashion Wearhouse does not store your credit/debit card information.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery fees and timelines will be displayed at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer may result in extra charges.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- The item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Worn garments
- Underwear
- Clearance or sale items
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our side.

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
